Percy, President and Senior Engineer of RMIS, is a life-long resident of Saskatchewan with over 30 years of engineering, operations, construction and project management experience. Since early 2000’s Percy has been responsible for the design of over 800 roof replacement, building envelope and fall protection projects in the province. Percy graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, and is one of two Registered Roof Consultants with RCI in the province and one of 13 in the country. He dedicated his early career to Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, now Viterra, fulfilling a variety of roles including Vice President of Operations, overseeing a $300M infrastructure development and expansion project.
Percy is the driving force behind the success that RMIS has experienced in all of it’s growth and expansions. He is personally dedicated to engaging each client to develop a personal relationship in guiding them with his vast first hand experience and expertise about making the best decisions for their roof systems. Percy is also a passionate believer in educating his team to be the best that they can be by continually providing training and development opportunities to nurture the growth of the knowledge base at RMIS in order to provide the best service to their clients.
Spending quality time with family is a priority for Percy, he enjoys time at their cabin in Ketewpa Lake as well as sunny Arizona.
